Dr. Jeremy Blank graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Davis, majoring in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior and earning a Division of Biological Sciences Citation for Outstanding Achievement. He then went on to the APA-accredited program at the Wright Institute, in Berkeley, CA, where he earned his master’s and doctorate (PsyD) degrees in Clinical Psychology.

Dr. Blank completed a pre-doctoral internship with specialization in neuropsychology at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. While there, he also trained weekly at the Cleveland Clinic and performed brain cutting exercises at Cleveland’s University Hospitals. After completing internship, Dr. Blank returned to California and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at San Francisco Clinical Neurosciences, under the direction of Ronald Ruff, PhD. There, he specialized in both plaintiff and defense civil forensic cases involving traumatic brain injury, PTSD, toxin exposure, and carbon monoxide poisoning.

Currently, Dr. Blank practices as a forensic and clinical neuropsychologist and psychotherapist in California, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of neuropsychological conditions including traumatic brain injury, stroke, dementia, and neurodevelopmental disorders, among others, as well as psychological conditions such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Additionally, he has expertise in the assessment of somatoform conditions, personality disorders, and effort/malingering. He has been licensed as a psychologist since 2015. As a Qualified Medical Evaluator in California since 2019, he specializes in workers’ compensation neuropsychological medicolegal cases; he also maintains expertise in fitness-for-duty evaluations, disability work (having completed over 1,200 psychological and neuropsychological exams for the Social Security Administration), and determining capacity for medical and financial decision making.
