Ted Collins is fpamed’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for managing the team that supports the group’s experts and clients with intakes, contracting, paralegal services and billing.  He has also expanded fpamed’s business development and strategic planning activities, and has developed project management processes to support the needs of mass tort/multi-plaintiff cases.

Prior to joining fpamed, Ted was the Chief Development Officer at FasPsych, where he was responsible for the launch of PsychConnect, a nationwide tele-mental health service.  He was also the Head of Expansion at Bright Heart Health, a nationwide telehealth addiction treatment program where he oversaw the growth of the payor footprint from 10 to 40+ states.  Prior to that, Ted spent over 25 years in strategy and business development in the healthcare, public safety and global communications industries.

Ted completed his undergraduate degree at Harvard College in 1994, with a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Government and a certificate in Latin American and Iberian Studies. He also earned his Masters in Business Administration at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.  Although he spent the majority of his early career living abroad, he is happy to have returned to his native California.

Ted has been a part of the fpamed team since 2022.
